These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Online Academic Help website and the consultancy services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Online Academic Help is an academic consultancy based in India. We provide guidance, mentoring, research support, and editorial services to doctoral and research scholars. Our services are advisory and supportive in nature and are intended to help you develop and complete your own original work.
We provide mentoring and editorial assistance, not ready-made academic submissions. We do not write theses to be submitted as your own, sit examinations, fabricate data, or guarantee any grade, degree, publication, or examination outcome. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with your institution's academic integrity and ethics policies. You agree to use our guidance as a learning aid in the development of your own work.
Each engagement begins with an agreed scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fee, confirmed in writing (including by email). Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees. Timelines depend on your timely cooperation and provision of materials.
Fees are quoted before work begins and may be charged in full or in instalments as agreed. Depending on the engagement, an advance payment may be required before work commences. All applicable taxes are charged in accordance with Indian law. Work generally begins once the agreed payment (or first instalment) has been received.
We want you to feel confident engaging us. The following sets out when refunds apply. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and the reason for the request.
The initial consultation is free and carries no charge or refund.
To request a refund, email aacdemicprojects.help@gmail.com within 7 days of the relevant payment or delivery, with your name, engagement details, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
We want you to be satisfied with our work. Where a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we will revise it at no extra cost, provided you request revisions within 7 days of delivery and the request falls within the original scope. Substantial changes to requirements, or requests beyond the agreed scope, may be treated as new work and quoted separately.
The research, ideas, and final work product remain yours. Upon full payment, any deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use. We retain ownership of our own templates, methods, and general know-how. You confirm that materials you provide to us do not infringe any third party's rights.
We treat your project, drafts, and data as confidential and handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not resell, republish, or reuse your work.
Our services are provided on a best-efforts, advisory basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for academic, examination, or publication outcomes.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. On termination, fees for work already performed remain payable, and any refund for unstarted work is handled under section 6. We may decline or discontinue any engagement that we consider unethical, unlawful, or in breach of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
